01What Hyevite is

Hyevite is a self-serve tool for building a tri-lingual (Armenian, Russian, and English) wedding website. You enter your wedding details, and we host a public page for your guests with RSVP collection, a seating planner, and a budget tracker. We provide the software and hosting; the wedding is yours.

We operate at [DOMAIN] (hyevite.com) and are provided by [LEGAL_ENTITY]. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “Hyevite” mean [LEGAL_ENTITY]; “you” means the couple or person who holds the account.

02Your account

You sign in with a one-time magic link sent to your email — there is no password to manage. Keep access to that inbox secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for the accuracy of the details you publish.

03Your content and your guests’ data

You own your content. The names, photos, schedule, stories, and every other detail you add stay yours. You also own — and are the data controller for — the guest information collected through your site, including RSVP responses, names, and messages.

Hyevite processes that guest data on your behalf, as your processor, only to run the features you switched on. We do not use your guests’ data for our own purposes, and we do not sell it. You are responsible for telling your guests how their information is used and for having a lawful basis to collect it. Our Privacy Policy explains the split in more detail.

You grant us the limited licence we need to store, display, and back up your content so we can show your site to the guests you invite. That licence ends when your content is deleted.

04Acceptable use

Please don’t use Hyevite to:

• Post content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes someone else’s rights.
• Upload anyone’s personal data without a lawful basis to do so.
• Send spam, or collect responses from people you have no relationship with.
• Probe, overload, scrape, or try to break the service or its security.
• Resell or white-label the platform without our written agreement.

If content or activity crosses these lines, we may remove it or suspend the account to protect the service and other people.

05Payments and billing

You can build a draft for free. When you choose a paid plan, checkout and payment are handled by a third-party merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy). That provider — not Hyevite — is the seller of record for your purchase. They process your payment, issue your receipt, and are responsible for collecting and remitting any sales tax, VAT, or GST that applies where you are.

Your payment card details are entered with the payment provider and are never seen or stored by Hyevite. Pricing is per wedding, one-time unless stated otherwise on the pricing page. Refund requests are handled under the merchant of record’s policy together with ours — reach us at hello@hyevite.com and we’ll help.

06Beta service — no uptime guarantee

Hyevite is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis while in beta. We work hard to keep it running, but we do not promise any specific uptime, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance, changes, or reasons outside our control. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Because your wedding date matters, we strongly recommend keeping your own copy of anything critical — guest lists, RSVP exports, and important details.

07Termination and data deletion

You can stop using Hyevite at any time. From your account settings you can delete your weddings, which removes their guest responses, seating, and budget data. You can also ask us to delete your account entirely, and we will remove your data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep limited records (for example, payment records the merchant of record retains for tax purposes).

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Where it’s reasonable to do so, we will let you know first.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hyevite and [LEGAL_ENTITY] are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost data, lost profits, or lost goodwill arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make a material change, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email. If you keep using Hyeviteafter a change takes effect, that means you accept the updated terms.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and any dispute will be handled by the courts of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
